CHEESE FONDUE BALLS…
Cube cheese. Make batter. Cook in hot oil.
Batter Recipe:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 C milk
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 C + 2-6 Tbsp flour (add a little more til its thick)
YUM! typing it makes me want to have it again tonight!
